Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Beijing in December 1994, and listed in Hong Kong and London in 1997 and in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2006. Our business operations cover power generation, coal, coal chemistry, transport and recycling. Over the years we have transformed our operations from a purely domestic power generation company into a composite energy company.
Over the past two decades, we have managed to reconcile corporate development with social progress. For nine consecutive years have we made it to the list of Platts Top 250 Global Energy Companies; in 2015, we were ranked No.138 among all candidates, No.8 among independent power companies, and No.35 in Asia in overall performance.
