On November 12, 2018, the“High-tech Enterprise Certificate" was officially issued to GUINARSAN (QINGDAO) MACHINERY LTD.

The identification of high-tech enterprises is reviewed and recommended by the local science and technology bureau, the finance bureau, the tax bureau, and is managed and supervised by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation. Its main purpose is to highlight the main body of the enterprise, encourage technological innovation, implement dynamic management, and adhere to the principle of fairness and justice.
